“Wow, this place a from fairy tales and is like a piece of paradise. You can tell the owners have put their time and heart into their house, gardens for years and years. The room is exactly as shown on photos but the gardens are just wow, they are beautifully maintained and incredibly huge. Breakfast is continental with great croissant, tea and coffee. You get to sit in a veranda with decors, sunlight and aroma from food. It's not just a place to stay, it's like you are invited into their private……

“The views and grounds were stunning, especially the morning mist over the river. However, the public areas looked run-down and needed cleaning, and the freezers inexplicably placed near one of the reception rooms were odd. Our room was clean, but breakfast was mediocre with off-tasting coffee and inedible pineapple. Worth visiting for the views, but expect some cleanliness issues.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​”
